Terms for placing an order:
- We accept Prepaid orders only.
- For Large Dreamcatcher orders waiting time is 7 days to 15 days.
- To place an order or enquire about a product fill the Contact Us Form.
- Post purchase of products we would send you a feedback form to know your reviews about our product and purchase experience. We take customer feedback seriously.
- Shipping all over India
- We do not ship to PO Box adresses.
- Online Payment accepted, We do not offer COD.
- No Return/Exchange of product.
- No Cancellation of orders.
- Order tracking available from curly_head_dreamcatchers online store.
- For any specific delivery instructions, such as Order needs to be gift wrapped, product delivery for a specific occasions or order to be send to a separate shipping address, you can simply mention these in brief under "Special Delivery Instructions" Notes after you add the products to the shopping cart.
- If you want to add a birthday note or best wishes greeting note along with the order, you can simply mention these in brief under "Add a note to your order" with your message, after you add products in the shopping cart.
